We would like to note the decision by Cde Ayanda Dlodlo to appoint acting CEO of the national broadcaster, SABC. This certain James Aguma have proven to be incompetent and not fit.

There is a growing tradition in our country where people abdicate accountability and falsely claim to be sick. We have seen this behaviour when Social Development was supposed to appear before SCOPA, the minister and some officials never pitched and as usual there were no consequences.

James Aguma has proven to be a factory-fault, he is not fit to lead the national broadcaster. Even the blind are able to see how corruption was practiced before the misleadership of Aguma. We have recently seen quality of SABC staff resigning due to what they cannot tolerate, to see incompetent people exterminating the broadcaster.

We have full confidence in the new minister, unlike some Faith who was empty, we trust the new interim board and know that they will source the fitting and competent personnel for all vacant positions of the SABC. All companies & individuals which benefitted irregularly should be held liable and account. We are tired to see the corrupt officials getting away with murder.
