This month is known as International Women Month and today is well captured as International Women's Day. The world is mourning the sad passing of one of Africa's great mother. The passing of Mme Karabo Moseneke is a blow to many feminists and mothers in Africa if not the entire world.
The Pan Africanist Congress of Azania (PAC) was led by President Narius Moloto along with his NEC members to Pretoria to pay a last respect to our dear mother, Mama Karabo Moseneke. We are Africans and believe that personal interactions are very important and consoling than a mere email or newspaper article.
We learnt of Mme Karabo's passing through our former President Dr Stanley Mogoba who was very touched by the passing of "Mother of Azania". Mme Karabo Moseneke will be buried in the same week as the world observe an International Women's Day which is today. She was a leader in her own rights and we should emulate all her doings.
Karabo is a Sotho name directly translated to answer. She lived up to her name and she became the answer not only to the PAC but to the entire liberation movement of occupied Azania (SA). She was a complete mother figure. She was a female leader, one that the country is in need of at the current juncture
She became the pillar of the family when all her children were persecuted by the Apartheid government and for that we salute you. The PAC has got a slogan which says "Train the woman, train the nation", and we see the truth of that in you, Rest in eternal peace.
