This new state of the art school, situated at Chief Luthuli Park in Dayveton is one of the new ICT schools that will be launched by the Gauteng Provincial Government this academic year.

The school was established to relieve overcrowding at Chief Luthuli Primary School No 1 as well as absorb learners from a closed small farm school called Bapsfontein Primary School.

All MECs in Gauteng will also visit a number of public schools across the province to monitor and give support to schools to ensure that the first day of the 2016 academic year runs as smooth as possible and to ensure that effective teaching and learning takes place.
