Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education and Training, is required by section 8(2)(e) of the National Qualifications Framework Act, 2008 (Act No. 67 of 2008) (“the Act”), to determine the three sub-frameworks that comprise the National Qualifications Framework.
