The Minister of Defence has under section 27(1), read with sections 4(1)(f), 5(1)(4), 14(5A) and 17(1)(f) of the National Conventional Arms Control Act, 2002 (Act No. 41 of 2002), and with the concurrence of the National Conventional Arms Control Committee, made the Regulations in the Schedule.
