Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Ms Lindiwe Sisulu will tomorrow, 02 August July 2018, address members of the media on the recently held 10th BRICS Summit as well continental and international issues.
South Africa hosted the 10th BRICS Summit from 25 to 27 July 2018 under the theme: “BRICS in Africa: Collaboration for Inclusive Growth and Shared Prosperity in the 4th Industrial Revolution”. The Summit resulted in a number of agreements and MOUs being signed by BRICS Members, adoption of the Johannesburg Declaration as well as the signing of agreements and MOUs between South Africa and other BRICS Member Countries.
The media briefing forms part of the Minister’s commitment to continuously engage members of the press, academics and analysts on South Africa’s foreign policy and any other developments across the world.
Minister Sisulu will be accompanied by Deputy Ministers of International Relations and Cooperation Mr Luwellyn Landers and Ms Reginah Mhaule.
