The Co-Chairpersons of the Law Society of South Africa (LSSA), Busani Mabunda and Richard Scott, have resolved to donate R50 000 towards assistance for victims who have been displaced by xenophobic violence. The LSSA has made the donation to the Gift of the Givers Foundation.
Mr Mabunda and Mr Scott say:‘We trust that this donation will, in some small way, ease the plight of those victims of the recent xenophobia attacks.’
