To amend the Labour Relations Act, 1995 so as to substitute or insert certain definitions, to align the employment laws to unsure decent work by regulating sub-contracting, contract work and outsourcing, to amend the jurisdiction of the Labour Courts; to provide for the prohibition of certain abusive practices to workers, and to repeal a section; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
