CLAUSE 1
1. On page 3, in line 6, to insert the following definition: “health practitioner” means any person, including a student,
registered with the council in a profession registrable in terms of this Act;

2. On page 3, in line 31, to insert the following definition: “public representative” means a person appointed by the Council to
serve in the committees or subcommittees of the Council or professional boards for a particular purpose, and who is not registered in any of the professions falling under this Act;
