I, Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education and Training, in accordance with section 23, intends to make amendments to the national Norms and Standards for Funding Further Education and Training Colleges (NSF-FET Colleges) published in Government Gazette No. 32010 of 16 March 2006, General Notice No. 294 and hereby invite public comments on the proposed amendments of these national Norms and Standards.
