In terms of section 305(2)(c) of the Financial Sector Regulation Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017 - herein called "the FSR Act "), I, Malusi KN Gigaba, Minister of Finance, determine that section 290 of the FSR Act takes effect in respect of amendments to the Financial Markets Act, 2012 (Act No. 19 of 2012), in Schedule 4 to the FSR Act to the extent and on the dates indicated in the following table:
