To amend the Employment Equity Act, 1998, so as to substitute on insert certain definitions; to prohibit a difference in the terms and conditions between employees from the same employer performing substantially the same work or work of equal value; to provide for the certification of psychometric testing used to assess employees; to provide for certain employees to refer unresolved disputes to the CCMA; and to empower the Director General to impose fines; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
