The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ( "the Authority ") hereby gives notice of receipt of a letter with revised technical specifications from Beat FM for amendment of its Radio Frequency Spectrum (RFS) Licence application which was lodged on 03 April 2017 in terms of the provision of section 31 (4) of the Electronic Communications Act, No. 36 of 2005 (ECA) read with Regulation 9 of the Radio Spectrum Frequency Regulations of 2015 ( "RFSR 2015 ") as published in Government Gazette No. 38641 (as amended).
