I, Mandisi Mpahlwa, Minister of Trade and Industy, hereby:

(a) Issue for public comment, the DRAFT TRANSPORT SECTOR Code (The Draft Code_ as provided for in Code 000 Statement 003 of the Codes of Good Practice under Section 9(5) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (Act No. 53 of 2003)' and

(b) Invite interested person and the public to submit comments on the draft code within 60 days from the date of this publication.
