Members of the media are invited to a discussion on the legacy of Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK) in post apartheid South Africa, taking place tomorrow. The discussion will be preceded by a screening of the documentary Action Kommandant. The film captures the life of slain MK cadre, Ashley Kriel.
The event will also honour the death anniversary of MK operatives, Yusuf Akhalwaya and Prakash Napier, who were killed in action on 11 December 1989.
The event takes place ahead of the 55th anniversary of the launch of MK (16 December 1961).
