Sandton-Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa will deliver the keynote address at the Proudly South African annual Buy Local Summit and Expo at the Sandton Convention Centre on Wednesday, 30 March 2016 at 09h00.

The Summit and Expo bring together captains of industry and government leaders.  The event aims to promote local manufacturing and local businesses and to encourage an increase in the uptake of local goods and services to stimulate the economy and create jobs.

Other speakers expected at the Summit include Trade and Industry Minister Rob Davies and South African Auditor-General Kimi Makwetu.

The Expo will provide a platform to about 150 local manufacturers and enterprises to showcase their goods and services.

The event will focus on productivity and competitiveness with an emphasis on Manufacturing, Agro Processing, Automotive, Pharmaceutical and Petrochemical sectors ("the MAP Program”).

Boksburg - Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa will deliver the keynote address at the closing ceremony of the Gauteng Provincial Government's Senior Management Service Conference on Wednesday, 30 March 2016 at the Birchwood Hotel in Boksburg, eKurhuleni at 18h00.

Under the theme "Building State Capabilities to implement the NDP and drive the programme of radical transformation, modernisation and re-industrialisation of the Gauteng City Region", the conference aims to create an opportunity for a reflective dialogue on building strong and stable public leadership in the provincial and local government of the Gauteng City region.
