On Monday, 23 July 2012, DA Shadow Minister of Labour Sej Motau MP, Shadow Deputy Minister of Labour Andricus Van der Westhuizen MP, and Shadow Minister of Finance Tim Harris MP will host a press conference to outline the DA’s position on the tabled amendments to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Labour Relations Act.
This press conference takes place ahead of the Labour Portfolio Committee’s deliberations on this legislation, which are due to start next week.
