The DA is saddened by news that beloved South African anti-apartheid activist and humanitarian, Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu was re-admitted to hospital yesterday.
Desmond Tutu was discharged last Tuesday following a week of treatment for a recurring infection. We pray and hope he fully recovers soon.
We know he is in the thoughts and prayers of many people around the world. We wish him, his family and friends comfort during this difficult time.
Get well soon Archbishop.
