Tomorrow, Tuesday 31 May 2016, Northern Cape DA Leader Andrew Louw MPL and Provincial Chairperson, Harold McGluwa MPL, will visit Barkly West to unpack the DA Manifesto.
The tour is part of the Leadership Tour across the province to encourage citizens to vote for change that will stop corruption, create jobs and deliver better services for all in the upcoming Local Government Elections
