Under section 4 of the Criminal Procedure Amendment Act, 20008 (Act No.65 of 2008), I hereby fix 30 September 2016 as the date on which section 1 of the said Act shall come into operation in respect of the subdistrict of Alexandra which has been detached from the Johannesburg North Magisterial District as a subdistrict to form an area of a detached court.
