The Chief of the South African National Defence Force (C SANDF), General Solly Shoke, supported by senior members of the command structure of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) will brief the media to address the matter of the soldiers who are placed on special leave following their illegal march to the Union Building in August 2009.
