In terms of section 97 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, I hereby transfer the administration and the powers and functions entrusted to the Minister of Public Enterprises by the Broadband Infraco Act, 2007 (Act No. 33 of 2007), and all amendments thereto, to the Minister of Telecommunications and Postal Services, with effect from the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.
