I, Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby:

(a) Issue the following Draft Amended Tourism B-BBEE Sector Codes for public comment in terms of section 9(5)
of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act No. 46 of 2013; and
(b) Invite interested persons and the public to submit comments on the draft sector code within 60 days from the date of this publication.
