Understanding the Health Market Inquiry's provisional report on the Private Healthcare Sector.

SECTION27 Executive Director has taken the 480 page report and attempted to simplify its findings and recommendations while putting the document and the process undertaken by the Health Market Inquiry in the context of the right to access healthcare as articulated in section 27 of the Constitution.
 
The Competition Commission deadline for submission on the provisional report is Friday 7 September 2018.
