Several African leaders joined the BRICS Summit in Johannesburg on its last day on Friday expected to focus on relations with the continent.
The leaders, including Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa, Angola's João Lourenço, Rwanda's Paul Kagame, Madagascar's Hery Rajaonarimampianina and Botswana's Mokgweetsi Masisi, were expected to participate in the Africa Outreach session of the July 25-27 summit.
The African leaders would discuss how to pursue inclusive growth on the continent with BRICS heads of state.
"I have arrived at the BRICS Outreach Dialogue Session under the theme: #BRICSinAfrica - Working towards the realisation of the African Aspirations," Masisi said via his Twitter account.
"I am amongst other African Heads of State and other regions to also discuss global issues."
