The Ad Hoc Committee to Initiate and Introduce Legislation Amending Section 25 of the Constitution has adopted its draft programme for public hearings which it intends to hold across South Africa. A copy of the draft programme can be found on: https://tinyurl.com/qqhjno7
Written submissions on the Bill are still open for public comment and must be received by no later than 29 February 2020.
