1. That the following be a new Clause:
Amendment of section 14 of Act 68 of 2002 19. Section 14 of the Electronic Communications Security (Pty) Ltd Act, 2002, is hereby amended by the addition of the following subsection:
"(5) Notwithstanding any other law, the directors and employees of Comsec may be members of any medical scheme
established in terms of the Intelligence Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 65 of 2(02).".
